Kristina developed her career in traditional, heavy industries, including aircraft engines and energy, in the field of mechanical engineering. Over four decades, Kristina navigated many cultural environments, and developed the confidence, skills and communication tools that she believes can benefit early and mid-career women in STEM today. 

Kristina earned a master’s degree in mechanical engineering and worked as a combustion engineer for General Electric Company. She later transitioned to program, product and product marketing management roles in cybersecurity and energy companies in individual contributor and leadership roles.
