Skye Richmond brings three years of experience at the intersection of renewable energy policy, public sector strategy, and stakeholder engagement. Most recently serving as Strategic Engagement Coordinator at the U.S. Department of Energy's Office of Manufacturing and Energy Supply Chains, Skye has experience working with a wide range of stakeholders, spanning tribal nations, state and local governments, utilities, and labor organizations, the White House, and congress. 

Skye's work is fueled by a passion for building a cleaner, more resilient, and affordable energy future, and she joins Epistimi with a strong belief that successful leaders and teams must be grounded in diverse perspectives and supported by intentional mentorship, inclusive networks, and education that bridges technical knowledge with leadership skills.
